Suzanne Neufang

CEO/Executive Director, GBTA

Suzanne is a transformation-focused executive who was named the CEO and Executive Director of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) in February 2021. She oversees the association’s staff and services, providing value to members, sponsors, and partners, and leads the organization’s and industry’s recovery from recent pandemic challenges.

Before GBTA, Suzanne worked in various leadership roles at HRS, Intuit, Sabre Holdings, and Verizon.

Physititia Grant

Global Lead of Travel and Expense, Uber

Physititia is a travel and expense leader with over 15 years of experience. She leads the Global Travel and Expense Program at Uber, overseeing a team of SMEs across Travel, Expense, Card, Meetings and Events, and Business Visa Compliance.

Before Uber, Physititia led global projects across complex organizations within the pharmaceutical, publishing, media, IT software, telecommunications, and technology industries. She is also an active member of the GBTA. Physititia has served on the Europe Hotel Committee and most recently Europe Meetings & Events Committee, including a year as the chair leading strategy, educational content planning, and committee engagement.

Susan Anderson

Head of Uber for Business

Susan has had a fast-paced 18-year career spanning financial services, strategy consulting (Bain), and technology (Amazon, Uber). At Uber, Susan has held leadership positions across the Uber Eats and Rides businesses in Australia, New Zealand, and North Asia, quickly becoming known for driving geographic expansion and rapid growth. A natural evolution of this work led to her most recent role overseeing global strategy for new mobility products.
