Michael is the VP of Workplace and Real Estate at Uber, where he is responsible for managing Uber facilities across 500+ cities and 70+ countries globally. Before working at Uber, Michael was the SVP and Global Head of Real Estate at McKesson and the VP of Corporate Real Estate at Kaiser Permanente. Michael received a BA in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA in real estate finance from Golden Gate University. He is an active member in several industry organizations, such as CoreNet Global and the Urban Land Institute, and he is the founder and a former board member of the Oakland Uptown Improvement District.
Trish is the Global Head of Transactions and Project at Uber, where she is responsible for managing $600 million in capital and a globally distributed team of industry experts. Trish’s team oversees Uber’s real estate transactions, workplace design, and employee experience. Her team led the design and construction of the one million-square-foot, state-of-the-art San Francisco headquarters. Before Uber, Trish was with Robert Half for 10 years. As its VP of Global Workplace and Real Estate, she managed a portfolio of 400 offices in 21 countries. Before Robert Half, Trish held leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Verizon Wireless, VSP, and UPS.
As Global Program Manager for Space and Design, Isabel spearheads the programming and design of Uber’s office spaces. With a career focused on commercial architecture, space planning, and strategy, she brings a holistic approach to the planning of Uber’s workplaces. Using this design methodology, Isabel bridges the gap between data and design while keeping the employee experience at top of mind.
