Your event has changed from in-person to virtual, but that doesn’t mean you can’t create an unforgettable experience for your attendees. Here are 9 ways Uber for Business can help.
Beginning early December 2019, American Express Corporate Card Members on your team will earn 2x the standard US points rate per eligible dollar for rides and 3x for orders with Uber Eats when they join Uber Rewards, switch to their business profile in the app, and charge the ride to their Corporate Card.
Corporate Platinum and Corporate Gold Card Members will also have access to priority pickups at most US airports, and Corporate Platinum Card Members can request to ride with highly rated drivers where available.
Step 1: Download the Uber app
Your employees need to have the Uber app in order to access this benefit and set up a business profile. If they already have the app, there's no need to download again. Just open it up.
Step 2: Add a business profile
From the menu button, your employees need choose Wallet, tap Add business profile, and complete setup. They'll also use this profile when they ride for business to keep work and personal rides separate.
Step 3: Add your American Express Corporate Card
Make sure your employees add their American Express Corporate Card as the payment method on their business profile, or select it as the payment method if it’s already in their wallet.
Step 4: Join Uber Rewards
Finally, your employees need to be enrolled in Uber Rewards. They'll be prompted to do this at the end of setting up their business profile, or they can tap the menu button and select Turn on Uber Rewards.
