Directly linked to the IKEA culture and values, this framework supports co-workers as they navigate the every changing meet and travel landscape with focus on end user experience, safety and sustainability. For the past 15 years, Michelle has had the privilege of working with several other global brands within the financial, retail and technology sectors in enhancing and maximizing their meet, travel and expense company programs.

EMEA Senior Marketing Manager, Uber
As Head of Marketing, EMEA for Uber for Business Heidi is responsible for building a full-stack B2B marketing function from scratch to support an EMEA wide, multi-product, multi-channel business to drive revenue, brand awareness and scale the digital business. Previously Heidi has worked for various advertising agencies and most recently at Meltwater, where she held the title Marketing Director, EMEA. In her role as Marketing Director, she grew the EMEA Marketing team from the ground up to generate 10% of the total EMEA business revenue in 2016. Heidi holds an honours degree in Ancient History from the University of Wales, Executive Leadership and Strategy from Harvard and a Diploma in Marketing Strategy from the CIM.
