Esta Campaña es una iniciativa exclusiva de Uber para Empresas para sus clientes corporativos. No constituye un convenio directo, patrocinio oficial o asociación comercial entre Uber y la FIFA. Uber actúa únicamente como la entidad que adquiere y facilita el acceso a la experiencia para sus clientes ganadores como parte de una estrategia de incentivos comerciales.
2. VIGENCIA
La Campaña contabilizará el consumo realizado por los clientes participantes dentro del siguiente periodo (el "Periodo de Calificación"):
Fin: 31 de mayo 2026.
3. ELEGIBILIDAD Y REGISTRO
- Tener una cuenta corporativa de Uber para Empresas activa y sin adeudos.
- Pertenecer a uno de los segmentos comerciales descritos en el punto 4. Del presente documento.
- Registrarse formalmente a través de la Página oficial de la Campaña y aceptar los presentes Términos.
- Empresas de 1 a 249 empleados:
- Deberán acumular un gasto mínimo de $9,000 USD (o su equivalente en moneda local) durante el Periodo de Calificación.
- Empresas de 250 a 2,499 empleados:
- Deberán acumular un gasto mínimo de $40,000 USD (o su equivalente en moneda local) durante el Periodo de Calificación.
- Empresas de más de 2,500 empleados:
- Deberán acumular un gasto mínimo de $80,000 USD (o su equivalente en moneda local) durante el Periodo de Calificación.
- Acceso al Estadio: 1 Boleto digital para asistir a un partido de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA (partido y fecha definidos por Uber).
- Hospitalidad: Acceso al Hospitality Lounge oficial dentro del estadio (incluye alimentos y bebidas previos al partido en las zonas designadas).
- Acompañamiento: Asistencia de un representante de Uber para Empresas durante el evento en el estadio.
- Vuelos o transporte aéreo hacia la ciudad o país sede.
- Hospedaje y alojamiento.
- Traslados terrestres (aeropuerto-hotel-estadio).
- Viáticos, seguros de viaje, trámites de visado o pasaportes.
- Y cualquier gasto adicional dentro o fuera del Estadio.
- Selección del Asistente: La cuenta corporativa ganadora es la dueña del incentivo y deberá designar internamente a la persona física (empleado) que asistirá al evento.
- Entrega Virtual: Los boletos se entregarán exclusivamente de manera digital a través de la Aplicación Oficial de Entradas de la FIFA.
- Transferencia Única: Una vez que la empresa designa al asistente y el boleto es transferido a la App de dicha persona, el boleto se vuelve intransferible. No se permitirán cambios de nombre posteriores ni reventa.
- Uber se reserva el derecho de retirar el incentivo si el comportamiento del asistente infringe los códigos de conducta, políticas de alcohol o lineamientos de seguridad del evento.
- Cualquier uso de mercancía (swag) de Uber debe portarse con responsabilidad.
- Modificaciones: Uber se reserva el derecho de modificar, suspender o cancelar la Campaña por causas de fuerza mayor o cambios operativos ajenos a su control.
- Impuestos: Cualquier obligación fiscal derivada de la recepción de este incentivo será responsabilidad del Cliente.
- Privacidad: Los datos personales recabados serán tratados conforme al Aviso de Privacidad de Uber.
